Edw Kulhmann painting Oil City

Looking for history. I own a painting signed by the above artist, a minister from Oil City.

On the reverse of the painting is a silver sticker reading I.M. Grimm, Jewelers, First and State Street, Oil City, Penn.

Also a note reading: "Oil City, Penn RR. Roundhouse at Javvu(sic) on a winter day. Painted by Rev Kuhlmann from a photo made by Gen Steele Sr."
