I agree, although for me it's cable Internet access. I've never had DSL, but when I switched from dial-up to cable - OMG!! I'd NEVER go back!!

I have cable. There is nothing like it. I looked at a place in Mount Pleasant Mills. No cell reception. Jenn and I went up to the northern tier to check out property- and neither one of us could get a tower.

Never, ever will I switch back to dial-up from cable. It's worth every nickel.
It's magnitudes better than dial-up and the ISP is outstanding too! In the two years I've had it, it hasn't been down for a minute. |

watch the pending telecom legislation. we "won" round 1. the big guys want to "toll" the internet.
this is a HUGE issue.

Best not move to northern Wayne County, Pa. then. I have only spotty cell phone service due to lack of towers and the mountains, no DSL available and no cable TV available on my road. I could get fast internet service off my TV satellite dish, but it's very expensive.  |

Pike County has ISP via cable available, but cell phone coverage is not as good as it could be in a lot of places.
