I already contacted a good divorce lawyer. The lawyer is for divorce and good at that but as far as landlord/tenant it's not her thing, she said she thinks it will be a long battle to get my daughter out of my house because my wife wants her to stay. They are both against me. my wife makes 100,000 a year while I only make 30,000. My daughter knows where the money comes from.
my lawyer is trying to get me to go for alimony but I would have to move out of the house for alimony. We own the house free and clear. This is going to be a long battle. To make things even worse, I still love my wife. We were going to a marriage counsler but my wife stopped going.
When we argue, the 2 kids are their sometimes which make it terrible. I don't know what to do anymore, but I know it would be alot easier if my daughter was not living with us. My daughter also did a fue weeks in prison due to drugs. What a mess. Thanks for your suggestions but there is alot involved
and i thing I am going to have a tough battle ahead of me. Thanks again.
