Default Where to find ALL Electric homes?

We will be relocating to PA later this year and we are thinking about moving in or near the Sewickley area. Is it possible to find a home that offers all electric heat? We are having a hard time finding even one house that offers all electric online. Thanks

it would be difficult to find one, but you could buy a house and have it converted

Our house is all electric, and so are all the other ones in our neighborhood, except for one, as far as I know. No, I'm not in Sewickley, but I wouldn't think it would be that uncommon. If you are looking at newer homes, I think it would be pretty likely unless the area has cheap natural gas.
