He has a chance, and thats the problem. I think though that our Sec of State, Leigh Chapman should calm out nerves by saying that even if Mastriano gets more votes, she will certify Shapiro as the winner.

Mastrolini would be challenged in court in a hot second if he tried that bullsh*t. And Pennsylvania law is pretty clear about residents not having to re-register if they don't change addresses.
