That's not a commute, that's a migrane headache.

The best way to get to Ocean City from Glen Rock (which is located on I-83 south of York) would be to go southeast from Glen Rock towards I-95 (near Aberdeen, MD somewhere), then taking I-95 and I-295 across the Delaware River to New Jersey, then take one of the roads heading towards the shore from Wilmington or Philadelphia, like US 40.
