Don't go to Lancaster Fleet and Auto....we went there for a simple oil change and a stupid squirrel ate a bunch of wires under our car. The car was fine when we dropped it off, on the way out it started dumping gas. Bad business... I don't care if it wasn't your fault an animal ate our car while it was in your shop....You don't charge people $70 to fix a problem that wasn't there before it go onto your property. And it's not like we didn't spend money there....we've spent thousands there... I will never go back... I would definitely like to know of a decent place with customer service around here too. I sure as hell haven't found it.
