Hi all. I am looking for some info regarding Dutch Wonderland and the Lancaster area over the 4th of July weekend. We are planning on staying over a few days at that time and was curious about the fireworks and things to do. Does Dutch wonderland have them? Does Lancaster have them? Which is best etc. Anything else worth seeing? Any information/tips will be great whether it be directly related or not.

Thanks in advance.

I can tell you that Lititz, which is about 20 minutes from Dutch Wonderland, has fireworks and they are spectacular. Come early and reserve some space.

Thanks for the info. Where in the town are they setting them off?

They launchd them from Warwick High School's football field but you need to reserve space practically days ahead. There are good viewing points in the park and surrounding areas. The school is located on Route 772, just a few blocks off Route 501.
