Thanks for the advice, Nihilianth. I agree regarding #1. Unfortunately, I'm not too outdoorsy having lived around concrete most of my life. If the move takes place, I hope to develop a love for nature.

Thanks, Piscejoey. I do take that into consideration when people mention the crime. I've lived in larger cities most of my life, so I can't imagine the crime will be worst.
