USA Top 20 most livable counties.#9 Montgomery #10 Chester
Good work by Montgomery and Chester Counties for both being named in the top 10 counties in the usa to raise a family.There are 3200 counties in the usa. The Philadelphia area often gets overlooked and its good to see it get some positive recognition. And Bucks County should be on that list as well but that would be somewhat greedy I suppose. Philadelphias slow demise has had one positive aspect and thats the genesis of a great suburban region.
