Default West Chester School District?
Am considering a move to the West Chester area with the family. West Chester Area School District looks good. Does it cover other towns beside West Chester (chatwood, fern hill...)? Unionville-Chadds Ford also looks good. Any comments are helpful. Also, how is housing? looking for condo/townhome under 500k.

Bwads31 is on a distinguished road
The WC school district covers many of the townships around WC. West Goshen, East Bradford, Westtown, West Whiteland, Birmingham, (parts of) Thornbury are all in the WC school district. The school district itself is very good (Unionville is even better I think in the top 10 in the state).
You can have you choice of condo's and townhouses. There are not any that I know of that are over 500K in the area.
