Default Tubing on the Susquehanna near Harrisburg

Does anyone know if there are still outfitters that rent tubes to take down the river through Harrisburg?

Not sure, but just a little bit of info, the 'beach' there at City Island was shut down due to e-coli, so I might look a little farther away from there if I were you.

Default Outfitters in Marysville, PA

There is an outfitter in Marysville, PA on Rt 11/15 just north of Harrisburg called Blue Mountain Outfitters. They rent canoes and kayaks but I'm not sure about rafts. You can google them for the web site. I would send you a link but the webmaster tends to strip replies that smack of advertising. They have a variety of drop off points and have been in business for many years. I see them driving groups of people with paddle craft in tow from Spring till Fall. Check it out and have fun.

Thanks so much..I wondered about the water quality - I just moved back last year and it seemed there weren't as many jet skis or in-water things happening.
