Default Good areas to rent in Greensburg?

Looking at the possibility of a September relocation to Greensburg, and want to know where to begin my search when talking to a rental agent/realtor.

Ideally, I'd like to be walkably close to the Main/Pittsburgh St. area, so I can hoof it to the YMCA, library, and bars/restaurants. But want to feel reasonably safe, too. (Not sure how big an issue this is in Greensburg, but I don't get the impression it's particularly unsafe anywhere.)

Any suggestions on where to look? Or where to avoid?

Hi Jonathan,

I have lived in Gbg my whole life, I don't think there are any truly bad areas in town. You might want to just double check with your realtor. I know mine was real helpful in finding me a home in the school district I wanted. So where you want to live in this town depends on what you need.
