Default Special education in Chester vs Bucks

We are considering a move to eastern PA and love Doylestown. I have a son with mild autism about to enter middle school and heard that Central Bucks has a terrific special ed program. We've also been seeing that Chester County may be aggreat place to live, but I do not know anythning about the schools or special ed. Any information from anyone out there? How can I find out? Thanks!
