Default Elverson, any comments?
Elverson was recommended to me from a fromer PA resident as being a better location to relocate to than the Ephrata area. Real estate web search showed quite a variety of homes from 200K to millions. Is it a snobbish area? Open to outsiders? Too rural for a former suburbanite?

Any comments/observations would be appreciated.
