I understand that and appreciate your comment. However, while the rest of the states MSAs saw decline, even slight, such as Scranton's -0.5% ... Johnstown's MSA saw a 4% increase.. no decline whatsoever. I think that's a positive for this area. We don't see the boom and bust, but we do see steady increase year after year.

A home that several years ago cost $150,000 has gained approx. 4% value every year since purchase. Same with a home that cost $50,000. So I don't know what point you're trying to make
