Harrisburg by far, and when you are actually in the center city of reading it is not that nice. I would note place reading second.

I chose Harrisburg not only for the Capitol, but for the water surrounding it..it's pretty!
Johnstown's pics look like an artist rendering for a new city or something...very nice...second place!

Trey...What's most interesting is that this picture cuts off the other half of downtown and the bluffs, but since Erie isn't a small city or cramped between mountains...in fact Downtown Erie is much larger than Readings,
Scranton, and Allentown... So if someone can post the other half it would be great.

Honestly hands down Harrisburg. There are so many little places around the city that are so beautiful. If you have never been on the wildwood campus of HACC you should go its amazing in the summer time. Also try parking on city island and walking across the pedestrian bridge, its fun during the day and spectacular at night. I also love the view of driving up onto Cameron St from 322 when you get that first glimpse of the city. Oh, I really could go on haha!

HARRISBURG! A mile wide river! Classic State and Federal buildings! historic townhouses! and the mansions on the bluff across the river (looks like Hollywood)! and.... the cooling towers for TMI, which are actually pretty cool.
