Default Where to get coke in glass bottles?

I have a case of empty coke bottles that I want "refilled". Years ago I would go to our beer distributor and simply exchange them . Don't see them anymore.

I haven't seen returnable Coke bottles for a long time.

I remember when I was growing up in the '60s and we could get it out of the machines for a dime. That was when Coke wasn't adulterated with the HFCS and they used real cane sugar. I can still remember the aroma when I would pop the cap on a bottle. A vapor would be released and the combination of the cork cap liner and the Coke was a pleasant and invigorating aroma I'll never forget.

I can also remember when they had collectible bottle caps. They had the undersides of the caps stamped with photos of football players and they also had a series of USA landmarks. Scraping the cork from the caps was as exciting as reaching into a Cracker Jack's box in anticipation of what would be discovered.

We only have coke in glass bottles once a year. We get a six pack every Christmas Eve, Santa gets cookies and a bottled Coke...and some carrots for the reindeer. There are five of us, so the other five bottles we drink.

I don't see them in the stores around here anymore. They used to have them when I was younger, as my grandma used to keep them in her fridge for when we would visit.

Reindeer won't eat carrots. I saw on TV that Reindeer only eat rats and mice, and occationally small dogs and cats.

Your not going to believe this one. The last place I saw a dispensing maichine with glass bottled cokes was at a dive shop where I got my PADI certification. York Divers in York, PA. I bet they still have the machine in there where you can buy glass bottled Cokes. If memory serves, I think they were the little 7 oz. bottles.
