is PA open to other cultures, i mean, other than caucasian people?
i guess i'm trying to ask, is a big part of it racist? or is that just a sill ymyth i heard?

Pa is a REALLY big state, comprised of big cities like Philly and Harrisburg that are just full of diversity. You wolud have to be more specific on the area you are looking into.

As others have said, PA is a pretty place. Sure, there's some racism that's essentially concentrated in the rural areas of the central tier. However, if you go to big metropolitan areas around Philly, Harrisburg, Pittsburgh, etc. with TONS of diversity and, it's a whole different story. I'm pretty sure most states are kind of characterized like that.
