Default Selinsgrove Woodmode plant??

Whats up with the Selinsgrove Woodmode plant? Are they shutting down operations in December or not? According to the local paper on Thursday it was just a rumor and they are not going out of business, yet after to talking to some local people at the mall today, they said the plant is being shutdown permanently in December. One lady told me her relatives work there, and they either have to take a job at the Indiana plant, or if they refuse it, they will not even be able to collect unemployment, I find this a little hard to believe, anyway just trying to seperate the fact from the fiction.

My friend who lives out state said his dad, who works there, made it sound like they were closing up during Buck season (December?). I hope it's not closing down permanently as we will be really hurting in this area especially with Crest Homes in Milton closing too. There's hardly any decent jobs in the area right now and it's only going to get worse with these places shutting down. I feel very badly for the folks who have worked there long term.

I think it's time I finally think about moving down to Harrisburg or out of PA. I've been having difficulty finding a decent job that treats you well for some time now. I'm tired of it (ugh, sorry for rant but just been hurt lately by the bad job market).
