Whats the area like, im in miami, not sure of pa at all, what is rent areas for single family homes safe with yard for the kids, what is normal rent?

what is quiet safe areas within quick drive time to the hospital.

Are you talking about Holy Redeemer Hospital? If so, that's in a nice suburb outside of Philadelphia. Areas to check are Huntingdon Valley (where the hospital is located), Abington and Jenkintown. They are just a few.

I grew up in Huntingdon Valley, it's middle to upper class suburb.. rent is average price.. 1 bedroom apartments are $500-800/month ( Rockledge / Cheltenham ).. 2 bedroom is $700+ homes are $1500+

It's nothing like Miami tho.
