Default Moving to West Chester, PA

Can someone share what it is like to live in West Chester, PA ? What communities or areas to look at in WC that are family friendly? Will be traveling there in 2 weeks to look. Appears to be an old historic town, any new developing areas to look? thx

There is a little thread about West Chester on page 3 , check it out.

It's a college town(15,000 students) and its also the county seat of Chester County(wealthiest in Pa). Fairly diverse town by Chester County standards. Great little downtown, nice varied housing stock from mansions to singles, twins and row homes. The town itself is only 2 or 3 sq. miles, emphasis on detail and quality. The surrounding area is nice but expensive. Rolling green hills with lots of new housing developments.Chadds Ford, King of Prussia, Exton, Malvern, Westown surround West Chester and they are all very nice communities.

Good luck
