Default Compressed saw dust logs

I finally got my 2 ton shipment of envi blocks, they're awesome. They burn slow, hot and have almost no residue or ash. They're a bit pricy but a far cry from cutting/splitting/stacking/storing wood and everything that comes with it like bugs, spiders, mice, snakes, mold and moisture to name a few. A neck injury put me out of business with a chain saw and heavy lifting. These envi blocks are plastic wrapped in packs of 6, they store neatly and will be a great back up source of heat. Doubt they would fit the bill for a traditional fireplace, but they're great in our wood burning insert. Rumor has it that the company [Barefoot] is bringing an operation to Selinsgrove, PA, which will make them much more available and I would guess, cheaper. Anyone else have any experience with them?

Default Envi blocks are made in Selinsgrove!!

I just received an email from the company today that stated they are making envi[ronmental] blocks {condensed saw dust blocks} in Selinsgrove, PA!! Despite New England companies stating they can't keep them in stock, they're made right here in our back yard, and there is only 1 distributor in PA, what's up with that? Keeping prices high? Maybe. They range from $250-275 per ton, equivalent to about 1+ cord of wood so they're pricy, you pay for the convenience of them being wrapped in packs of 6, easy storage, long burning and high heat. Does anybody know where the factory is in Selinsgrove???
