Welcome to The Promenade Shops at Saucon Valley in Center Valley. There are a few shopping centers also off 309 with the traditional box stores. Airport - Lehigh Valley is about 20 minutes north, PHL about 45 minutes south. No public transportation. Closest rail is Colmar, about 15 minutes south. I don't know anything about Judd builders.
