Question Please help,,,Scranton, PA

Hello guys

I'm an international student living in St. Louis and i wanna move out to another city and Scranton, PA is one of my choices.

Could you please give me an idea about Scranton, PA ?

1) I don't want to be rude but excuse me, Are people friendly with international students in Scranton? since i face difficulties with interacting with american in St. Louis and my English hasn't improved.

2) How is the University of Scranton?

3) What is the best area to live in which close to the university?

4) places...? entertainment....?

Thank you

Paul...I tried to defend you...but then decided to delete my post....I knew you could take care of yourself...but I do hate to see anyone pick on you (my son from another Mother!!)...for crying out loud...you're a 22 your old kid with more brains and ambition than the average 50 year old....you are just getting started in life ....

who pays your heating bill? That is the most ridiculous question that anyone has ever asked a college student living at home!! What has that got to do with your opinion of Scranton?????
