Default Cost of Building a starter home

How much in very rough guestimates, would it cost me to build a 1500sq ft house in Pittsburgh? Assumption is that I already have the land.

To get a very general idea find a Realtor site that's selling new homes in the area, maybe around Cranberry. Divide the price by sq. ft. Hopefully a Realtor will come along and give you a general cost. 30 years ago it was $40/sq.ft.
