Default Mobile Home as vacation home?

I was on Realtor.com and realized there are some really cheap mobiles out there. If I end up staying on LI until the housing market stabilizes (since there's about a hundred houses just like mine on the market right now), I was thinking of picking up something really inexpensive as a vacation place around Lancaster, PA. It would also server as an eventual relocation transition place so I can sell my NY home and then be in a better position to buy a home in PA since I'll be able to close quickly. I'm not sure what mobiles are like in the Lancaster area though, so I'm asking. Are these drug infested places to stay away from? Or can a nice place be found where there are regular working class people? I'm not 'experienced' enough to be in one of the 55 and over type parks. What is the average lot rent for a nice place? What should I expect to pay for one that's nice enough (like Red Roof Inn nice, not Marriott Suite nice).
