I have used them at least 20 times. They show you their sinks, (they are on display), right in the showroom.....I have never heard a claim of what they say the gauge is. They are not flimsy in my opinion & they have the sound deadening foam on the bottom. I used their sink in my own home & have no problem with it. You can supply your own sink & drop off the template to them & they will cut-it out for you....they charge $200 to cut a sink out & an estimated price on a Kohler or Elkay brand sink for undermount apllication start aroun $500 & go up from there. Granite is not crooked, it is ridgid by nature & is very unforgiving. I would assume that their granite was not crooked, but rather the surface it was put on...albeit, previously installed out of plumb cabinetry. Very common to see this, their men carry shims with them & they will level the counter as best they can. I can honestly say that almost every top needs a shim somewhere. Conventional laminate (formica, wilsonart, etc) tops are more forgiving & will flex with your already crooked tops, you never see it. the shims are only visible if you get on your knees & search them out. All Granite was always responsive & if they had an error or something that didn't fit right,, they'll ask for your approval prior to leaving, or they fix it & bring it out the next day. This has been my experience with them. They did my own home, my mother's, & my sister-in-law....no problems. Contact me directly for any further questions.
