Default Mortgage Broker in Central PA - Chambersburg Area
My Mom is trying to refinance her home in Chambersburg, PA. She's lived in it for 4.5 years and has over 20% equity in it. She currently has a 6.5% 30 yr fixed but was hoping to find 4.5% (or lower if possible)......great credit rating (700's). I am refinancing my home in NC, but I don't know a broker to recommend my mother in the central PA area. PM me if you know of someone or are a broker.
