just curious...why so much talk about oil city PA here?
a running gag??
just kinda strange to see so many threads about some tiny village that i never even heard of before i came here.
BTW, that guys photothread was really cool, we need more pictures like that

You'd have to be a regular in the FL forum to understand. There's a young man there who has set his sites on Oil City, PA and believes it to be his dream home town. He gets a little enthusiastic about it, so everybody's sort of picked up on it. It was an interesting thread, to say the least.

I'm personally getting sick of all the fuss over Oil City.
Cute houses don't mean it's a great place to live. For all you know, people could be rolling joints in those houses. It doesn't make it a nice place because there's cute houses, hills and a Rite Aid. Come on now.
Besides, what good is a cute house if there's no jobs available to help you pay for the darn thing?

Yeah anyways, it's an old city where a whole bunch of rich types use to live, and when they moved out everything just bottomed out, and now it's pretty much cheaper than ... well we all know some analogies I could throw in here. |

Well they got enough room in a lot of those house to do dog dancing. My old pup used to do it.
H,mmm if they really are drinking wine and doing the sex thing in them houses, lot more peeps may be moving to Oil City than we think. Gangway, I'm packing the truck. 
Do they have winery(s) in PA or is it going to be an import??? 
The babes I saw were basic but a few of them were quite nice. Who knew they were living on the edge???? |
