Looking to move (Harrisburg, Bellevue, Riverside: house, neighborhoods, school district)

Can someone, anyone that knows anything about harrisburg can you please tell if it is a nice place to live or not

I need to know what you are looking for. Harrisburg has nice neighborhoods like Midtown, Bellevue Park and Riverside but the public school district is not good. If you are a young professional or young couple it is a great city to move in to with affordable housing, great recreational opportunities and the ability to walk to downtown jobs, restaurants and galleries. If you aren't looking for that kind of lifestyle I would recommend one of the suburbs. Overall, the economy here is doing better then the rest of the state and nation but it is still in a downturn.

Thanks danwxman for the information. My husband and i are 40 and 43 years young and we still like to have fun. We are leaving from brooklyn, ny so we are looking for the better part of the urban areas. We both work and we will be looking for an inexpensive house to live and for profit. We have 4 children. Thanks in advance. ......oh and i like to shop
