Hi all.
I'm a military wife looking to find a place in PA where my husband can commute to Staten Island within 2 hours. I was looking at some cute places in the pocono area (A Pocono Country Place) but then I read there were some gang issues there. Wow, things have changed since I was there. Grew up in Warminster/Hatboro area and the poconos were ski resorts mostly.
ANYwho, I'd really appreciate some advice on eastern PA locales. I like Lancaster County but it's a tad far for the hubby. I have a 5-year-old and would like to feel safe with her running around.
I should add: 150K range. I'm cheap, we move every 4 to 5 years.
