Yes. A little coal mining borough not far from Johnstown. It is right near WIndber, PA, a larger coal mining town on route 56 just east of Johnstown.

Greater Johnstown has very low crime and cheap cost of living, but is a pretty depressed economy. I would have a job lined up before moving there. The population of that area has been shrinking in recent decades, and that is mainly due to people leaving to get better jobs. If you have a good job, though, this area is excellent!!
