Unhappy Looking for Help in McKeesport

Hi I have lived in McKeesport for all my life(39yrs). I love this small town that was once a booming steel mill city. I've tried starting my own business as a home daycare. But as business goes so does that. I am now facing foreclosure and am thrying Chp 13 but it doesn't seem like that will work being self employed and now I may lose my house, which is my place of business, so I will lose my job and I have 3 children and a partially disabled husband. I try and I know I am in God's hands and whatever is His will, will be done.

Thanks for listening
Amy

Hi,
I'm so sorry for your troubles...it is a hard thing. I, took was through losing my house and bankruptcy but because of a divorce...but stilll...it's a hard adjustment, but I have survived...and you will, too, just keep your head up.

I just got a job in Pittsburgh and want to move closer. I was thinking about McKeesport as the housing is pretty low priced, and only about what I can afford, but everybody says "stay away from there" as soon as I mention mckeesport....what do you think about it....i really would like to know more...is it the crime or what that is giving it a bad name...is it just certain parts...what is the difference between e mckeesport and mckeesport itself....what about the area around Cornell Middle School??? I would appreciate any advice...thanks.
