Purchase a Gemcraft condo in Manor Oak, Millersville?
Hi, good day!
I’m considering to purchase a condo in Manor Oak (Millersville PA) from Gemcraft. I've been doing some research about this builder on internet and found many pretty negative complaints about Gemcraft. I’ve seen quite some townhouses/condos built by Gemcraft in Manor Oak on resell -- after such a short period, which warned me. I’m new to buying a home / a new construction. I'm hoping anyone here could chime in with experiences at this builder.
I'm especially interested in hearing from those who live or lived in Gemcraft homes in Manor Oak. Any words of wisdom when it comes to dealing with developers and new construction would be appreciated.
