How is Skippack and the corresponding school district. (townhomes, construction)

I would like to know any information about Skippack Village,the communities,the best schools in the perkiomen valley school district...............

I would like to know what are the average rates of the houses there..........how good is the place to live in.

SKippack is a wonderful place to live and raise children. The surrounding school districts are award winning. As for the average home rates you need to be more specific. There are new constuction homes that range from $500,000 to well over 1,000,000. There are single family homes from $275,000 and up as well as twins and townhomes. Taxes on homes vary according to the age of the home construction. Lots of high end shopping and dining. It is quite a unique area.
