Hi I Am Thinking Of Buying A Home To Retire In ,looking For Something Under 50,000 With Lw Taxes. Turtlecreek Was On My Mind But Then I Found Out About New Castle. How Would New Castle Be For Caucasion Retired Couple? Houses Under 50000 Rdy To Move In To? Can Someone Tell Me What My Tax Rate Wil Be, We Under 65 Yrs Old Including School Mil.
How Much Kilwatt Electricity And Other Utilities. Will Be Moving From Brooklyn Ny.

Somewhere on here there were some posts relating to low housing costs in Oil City - definitely under 50,000. Maybe you can find them using the search feature.
