Umm- the northern tier is lovely. I would move there tomorrow if I could. I must tell you tho- there are no jobs there. It is VERY friendly. I looked at a place up there- got lost- the lady I asked direction of- had me follow her to the place- so I would not get lost! I never had that happen.

State College is the ONLY place outside of Philly I would consider living. Great friendly people, beautiful scenery, fairly metropolitan downtown, jobs at the University or surrounding businesses, godd schools. Love it!

Elysburg is beautiful, grew up there. Southern schools are excellent,job opportunities not so plentiful however.
