Default Free-spirited area?
Is the eastern portion of Pennsylvania free-spirited? I mean, what is the general atmosphere of the people in different metro areas, like bethlehem/allentown vs. scranton/wilkes barre vs. closer to philly? Is there a big music scene anywhere outside philly?

Default I feel that the people in the Scranton area are very free-spirited
I have been networking with alot of DJ's in the area the last few days for our business. Everybody seems nice and they all have great personalities.
