Default Looking for a 4+ BR house to rent, Warren, PA

I really need some help. I have found 3 BR homes to rent in the newspapers and so on, but we really need a 4+ BR home. I have searched and searched and have come up with nothing. Does anyone have a home available or know of anyone who does? We really wanted to find a home before school starts because we are moving from another area. We are both professional, responsible adults that just need a larger home for our kids.
If anyone can help, I would GREATLY appreciate it!
Thank you....Dennis, Julie and family

I'm not sure where Warren is, but have you tried the local newspaper online? We were having the same problem moving from FL to PA & needed a 4 bedroom. Good luck!

This is a very bizarre coincidence, but we are also moving to Warren from Florida and cannot find a home to rent. Specifically one that allows pets. This is very discouraging!!
We need atleast a 3 bedroom, in a decent neighborhood.

If anyone can help, let us know!

I did a search on craigslist for a 4-bedroom house to rent. In all of the Pittsburgh area there is only 3. Even if you were buying, 4-BRs have always been hard to find and especially after you add your specifics to it - neighborhood, schools, shopping, etc. (I know you are looking in Warren. I figured the liklihood of finding a 4-BR rental is better in heavily populated Pgh.) If it's any interest, one of those was in a not so desirable area and a very old house for $750. A newer house in a desirable area was $1,400. Newer means under 60 years old.

One of our regular posters lives in that area and likely will help you when she sees this thread.

I grew up in that area (Warren specifically for 8 years) and houses for rent are somewhat hard to come by. Warren is a buyer's market more than it is a renters' market.

Warren is not dangerous by any stretch of the imagination, but my advice to you is that you avoid renting on 4th or 5th Avenues between Hickory and Beech streets on the west side. I'd consider looking in Glade Township, Conewango Township, or maybe Youngsville.
