Default Is southern New Kensington safe?
It seems as though there are a lot of different views on New Kensington's crime and safety. How is the area along Freeport/Constitution and 366 near Parnassus?

Post in the Pittsburgh section. A poster there lives in New Ken.

I don't know where southern New Ken is. I never thought of it generally as being unsafe. I think community college is locating downtown and there might be other plans to revive the area.
