Coatesville Suburb question
My husband and I are ready to purchase our first home and start a small family. (1 child) We are really quiet people and are searching out quiet safe areas.
The only issue is that I work in Center City Philadelphia so I wanted to find something close enough to drive (approx. an hour) but still quiet and country type settings.
We found a community called Calnshire Estates in Coatesville and wanted to know if anyone had heard any good or bad things about the community or the area?
I am well aware that every place has its good and bad but I would like to know if the area and community is worth a deeper look.
Any information would be greatly appreciated.
