The Plaza restaurant in downtown Warren has the absolute best home made pies. I don't even like pie, but I'll eat pie there. They are made fresh every morning. The price is terrific as well.

After reading some of these posts, I have to say that some parts of Warren, Forest, and Venango counties are more part of North Central PA (the PA wilds area/Alleghenies) than Erie. In fact, most rural people in those counties hate the cities and want nothing to do with them, including Erie.

"Hate" the cities............I think some people in the areas you have mentioned need a good dose of the city.
