My cousin and her husband moved out to State College Pa. about 6 years ago
from N.J...they absolutely love it....albeit, they sold a house in Bergen County
so they probably made some money on it and are living in a condo out there.
but they both found jobs and really are enjoying life...(they don't have any
children)...in traveling through many states though, I found college towns to
be really nice towns....some are very expensive others are not...again research, research an area. spend a weekend there if you can, get the
"feel" of the place. Good Luck Catie
