Default zelinople ?

Hi Anyone from Zelienople..??

Still thinking i may move to Western Pennsylvania and i have learned something here at this forum about other towns i was interested in(St Marys and Dubois)

Would like to hear about Zelienople..preferably from folks who live there and who really know about it, inside and out.

Looking for a nice clean place to live, safe, secure. Do not care about night life or shopping except for Farmers Markets for food.Probably an apartment or a very small house for two.Probably rental, but perhaps purchase.
Just feeling my way..
We are retired and want a peaceful place to call home. Do not care if it is not near family. may even consider a retirement community if it is not to restraining and limiting.

many thanks
alice

You might like New Castle better:
Cheap Senior Housing Retirement PA, Cheap inexpensive frugal place to live,* Housing on a Shoestring, LEAST EXPENSIVE CHEAPEST PLACE TO RETIRE IN THE US, NICE SAFE CHEAP TOWN, cheap frugal retirement, cheap houses, best place to live on Social Securi

Check out all the links at the above page. The way this one reads when posted makes it sound like a piece of crap which it isn't. I personally don't feel that Zeli is a good deal.

Thank you ,Peter.

We do not necessarily want a cheap place to retire.. We hope to find a place with some character..If it is not cheap, that is ok.. Obviously, we will do the best we can within the parameters of a place which has a nice community, is safe, is clean, is easy to access, has some farm land around...

These are the things we are looking for..Economy is one factor, but not everything. We have our retirement savings, and 'we can't take it with us when we die'..

Still looking for more residents of Zeli..
but maybe it will not be the best place for us.

Just trying to line up some areas to look at in person.
