Hi, I'm no realtor - just someone who keeps an eye on the market "back home" for when we return in a couple of years. With the market continuing to decline you can get a new construction house through Ryan Homes starting in the low 300's at their "Fields At Creekview" (Pottstown address, OJR schools, suburban/country atmosphere) development at the corner of Coventryville and Sanatoga Rd (1/4 mile from the East Coventry Elem. school). Ryan has another development about 5 mins away called "Heather Glen" who I see is now offering smaller square footage homes starting in the mid/upper 200's. (As of Dec. 2007).
