Question Need a Pleasant Place to Hang My Hat

Hello Friends, I need some advice. I'm originally from central Ohio, but for reasons rather personal I'm now shopping for a new hometown. Here are my requirements, suggestions are appreciated!

Somewhere where the folks are friendly

Town size of 10,000-30,000. . . big enough to not be noticed too much

Active & nice public swimming pools are a bonus

A town where folks trust each other

I'd like to be a babysitter, as I've put down my cloth recently and don't have many trade skills. Someplace where I can hit the ground running and get my hands on some nice work. Watching children is a pleasure for me, so the idea of babysitting runs through my mind quite often.

If you know any town fitting this description, please let me know. I've heard Jamestown, Springville, and Wayland might be options. Either way I plan on doing some sniffing around on my own but if you can save me some time God bless you!
