No, it really was not a problem when I was on the dating scene. I never noticed a difference anywhere I have lived other than some places have people that are more open to dating around (like l.a. CA) and others (PA) are have more serious relationship type people. Maybe its that whole "go east to get serious and go west to have fun" type of vibe spilling over into personal relationships.

I found that really odd. And its not just the person its like the overall majority general viewpoint of the people living there.

Hadn't thought about it but I think you could be right. Most rural women around here are looking to get married at 19, 20 at the latest, preggers by at least 21. The thought of spending your 20's casually dating doesn't seem to cross their mind.

If you ask me, based on my trips to Philly, I have to say that there are a lot of fatties there. Moreso than even Porkland, Oregon. I did however run into some pretty hot females on one of my visits but they were mostly all visiting from other states as well.

Why do you think you are having difficulty finding someone to date?
that kinda talk will get you many a lonely night at home typing on CDF.
laotzu would never say it, not in 1000 years.

Personally speaking, when I was single (about five years ago), I never had trouble dating and I had a great time being single - so I don't know what you are doing - maybe give us a little background on you, your dating plan, etc...

Dating is freaken easy...its finding the ones that are keepers....also I have my son now. I had one date where we hit it off...then he said he couldn't handle that I had a child. thats why I'm looking for single daddys..lol

I think women with kids have issues everywhere. Its pretty lame that so called "men" can't handle there is a child around. To me it would be a good reason to hire a sitter and take exotic weekends together.

Not to be nit-picky, but...are you purposely spelling Pennsylvania incorrectly? At least you're consistent...you spelled it the same way under your Location.
