Why are YOU looking? I thought the Amish had arranged marriages?

Shall we start 50 threads in alphabetical order for ease of finding them? All 50 of them would be just as "unique."

I think you should post this in the Pennsylvania forum for more accurate answers.

If you ask me, based on my trips to Philly, I have to say that there are a lot of fatties there. Moreso than even Porkland, Oregon. I did however run into some pretty hot females on one of my visits but they were mostly all visiting from other states as well.

Why do you think you are having difficulty finding someone to date?

PA is the second "oldest" state in the country behind Florida. Not that I don't like old folks, I do, but I'm not interested in a gal 3 times my age.

I moved here due to a low cost of living, the 4 seasons and plenty of amenities I like nearby. Where is live is far away from the cities and it's nice and cool up here during the summer.

Downside is just about everyone in town has gray hair or is a soon to flee high school grad. Not really any selection at all of attractive, educated females around. Totally nonexistent really. Rather bleak out here. When I walk into the supermarket all that is around is 450 pound rhinos dressed in raggy and filthy sweat pants with some dip in their lip and 3 screaming smelly barefoot kids in tow while hefting 24 packs of "diet" soda into the shopping cart. Scary stuff. Glad I travel for work so I get to see what real decent women look like again.

My sister is moving down near Pittsburgh and having spent some time down there recently I have to say I was surprised as there are some attractive women around. I'll have to have a closer look.

My advice on the situation is to use the extra time you have being single to really make sure you know yourself. That way when you do end up finding someone you will really know what you are looking for.
