3 of us are looking for an apt/condo/duplex to move in september.
1)I work in the city
2)1 works in New Castle De
3)1 goes to school at Temple.
We need a place within 30 miles of New Castle with a reasonable commute (30-45 minutes)
We need a place close to public transportation (preferable Regional Rail, not buses)
We need a place close to the highways/freeways for commute to Temple University.
We are looking for 3br for 1500-1600 or a 2br with Den
We need off street parking (each with a car)
Mainly looking in Delaware County unless there are other areas we should look at.. Advise us please!
